Domestic orders in Ukraine  

Complimentary "Nova Poshta" standard ground shipping on all orders. Shipping confirmations will be updated within 36-48 hours. All orders ship with delivery confirmation and shipping #ID which can be used to track your package.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

WARM HUGS ONLY delivers worldwide.

​All orders are shipped out of LVIV, UKRAINE with DHL Express or Nova Poshta Global. Delivery time depends on destination.               

Please allow 2-4 working days for dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a waybill number to track your order.

We offer free express shipping on all orders above €500. 

International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. The Customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes separately. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges.

If your order is taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress using the tracking information sent in your order confirmation email.
